"SPSS has always worked closely with institutions worldwide and we are very pleased to be part of this new and exciting degree programme offered by UniSIM. We believe that Business Analytics will continue to gain prominence and relevance in industry, especially so now where the amount of electronic data held by enterprises is at a historic high and will continue to grow at compounding rates. The creation of such a programme will be integral in equipping the next generation of business leaders with the skills needed to meet this demand. This strategic collaboration will allow UniSIM's students to benefit from SPSS' industry expertise and be in touch with industry trends throughout the duration of the programme," said Mr Bruce Brown, Vice-President, Asia Pacific, SPSS Inc.

Associate Professor Koh Hian Chye, Dean of the School of Business at SIM University said, "UniSIM is pleased to have the strong support of SPSS Singapore for its newly launched Business Analytics programme. The collaboration has made it possible for UniSIM students to acquire up-to-date and industry-relevant skills training on business analytics software. By the end of the programme, they would be fully equipped with the relevant skill set needed to apply sophisticated business analytics techniques to extract valuable information from different data sources and contribute further to their companies.
