Synopsis

Talent and performance management are parts of an integrated management system linking an organization’s strategic focus and people management. HCM515 examines the strategic and general considerations of talent development, results measurement, and performance management. It will also touch on building effective compensation and talent management systems. Special emphasis will be placed on the motivation and integration of a multi-generational workforce in the Singapore context.
