Synopsis

Managing Finance in an Organisation covers fundamental concepts in corporate finance and financial management. With the financial innovations of recent decades, modern corporate finance has become a highly complex area of expertise. This course presents the basic tools and techniques required to address the key questions pertaining to financial mangers: What investment projects should the company undertake? How should these investments be financed? How to evaluate the financial health of a company? The goal of the course is to give student an insight into financial management process and lay out a foundation framework for making sound investment and financing decisions.
