Synopsis

BPM203 Construction Project Management covers the fundamental concepts of project management, explains the project manager’s role in the construction process, and highlights strategies to effectively control the teams, equipments and resources to complete a construction project that fulfills its requirements on scope, time, cost and quality.

E-Learning: BLENDED - Learning is done MAINLY online using interactive study materials in MyUniSIM. Students receive guidance and support from online instructors via discussion forums and emails. This is supplemented with SOME face-to-face sessions. If the course has an exam component, this will be administered on-campus.
